It’s beautiful. Can you wear the straps properly on your shoulders? I think that would be very elegant. It looks like it needs a bit of hoisting up, and doesn’t quite fit on the bust it looks a bit like it is falling down. if you could get the whole thing an inch or too higher up your chest I think it would be more flattering.

I absolutely love the skirt but I would be getting the straps made over the shoulder as they look like they are just too long and fell down!

When they fit the dress to you, they will adjust the straps. I think with the dress you were wearing they are a bit too big.
Just make sure you can lift your arms on the fitting day.

I only ask as I showed my mum a photo of my wedding dress and got a distinctly lukewarm reaction. Then she came with me to the shop so I could try it on and as soon as I walked out of the changing room she said 'Oh yes...I see what you mean!"

Its a lovely dress and you do look radiant in it. maybe its the way you are standing but it looks short in the body.
( like your boobs are only just in)

Maybe straps - or even a bolero would help. The straps as they look too ''fallen off'' especially from the back

Agree that the bodice part isn't high enough. It veers into lingerie territory and would be much more flattering a couple of inches higher. Agree that the straps fight with the veil and would look great as actual straps, or as sleeves. Everything else is lovely. Making the bodice deeper is a major alteration for the seamstress.
