Necklaces for Bridesmaids

Is this a thing? Buying a necklace for your bridesmaids to wear on the day?

If so what have you bought or been bought in the past as a bridesmaid? I have two kids and an adult.

Yep. If you look on sites like Etsy they have some lovely ones

I bought my bridesmaids matching bracelets from Kate Spade.

They basically had bridal slogans on them and matched my 'bride' one that I wore on the day.

They were not bought out of obligation though, I just liked the idea of them and thought they looked nice.

Yes I bought some lovely ones from Etsy - a very fine rose gold choker with a tiny pearl. They looked lovely.

We have a jewellery shop near me which does pearl jewellery. I know them quite well so they did me a deal on necklaces which were all different for my bridesmaids.

Yea I love the idea too and it’s something they can keep. I will look online for some ideas!

I thought it might be nice to have the made by the jeweller who is making our rings but that might end up being very expensive?

A lovely keepsake of the day I think.
