Hello, our wedding was booked for late April and had to be rescheduled for obvious reasons. It was late March when we were given the chance to reschedule and we had no idea of how much the situation would develop or how long this might go on for. Sorry posted too soon.. and my bridesmaids dress bought for my 5 year old who will know doubt not fit her dress if the wedding were to take place next year. I know this isn't AIBU, but AIBU to think that there's not much chance of my medium sized September wedding taking place? Tia

We were meant to be beginning of August with 30 guests and we are in the process of rescheduling to next year. I wouldn’t consider this year as a safe bet, although by some miracle things could become normal-ish for a little while, and you could run into the problem of no dates available at your venue or with your suppliers for next year if you wait too long to reschedule. That’s just my opinion.
Our venue is already quickly running out of dates, and they used to have a lot of availability.

I’d be surprised if September wedding went ahead as normal. Maybe, if a very small number of guests?
