At the very early stages of planning a civil ceremony. Looking at a venue that has a licence for civil ceremonies but the venue is in a different (but neighbouring) London Borough to the one we live in (and will give notice in).
Does anyone know if you would book a registrar from the borough where the venue is - I’m presuming this makes the most sense but can’t find the answer online from a cursory google.
