Which dress do you prefer?

1 or 2?

Not keen on either as didn't like the look of the fabric.

I didn't wear a hoop under it,

the thin belt was similar to one I liked and nearly bought

I loved it, I wore it all day but at the end of the night my DH had no idea how to get me out it 🤣 I was so glad to be out of it.

I got a few stitches put in the sleeves and they sat better,

Fun fact as well, my DH dropped food down the dress but it wiped off with no hassle .

1 for me but I actually think they book look good. I generally don't like white as much as off white/cream etc.

I like the skirt of two and the top of one without the sleeves which I'm sure is really helpful.
They're both lovely but the top of two is a bit 'busy'.

1,on the proviso the bodice sits a bit higher and the 'sleeves' are either removed or pulled up onto your shoulders.

1. I’m not liking how the straps droop, they’re pointless otherwise, as they’re not straps. Love the detail on number 2.

2 seems quite frumpy and for an 'older bride' in my mind. 1 is lovely aside from the handles on it.

2 because the sleeves on 1 are really droopy and spoil the whole line.

I like 1 best and I actually like the sleeves too, I think they give it a rather elegant look, they just need adjusting a little to sit as they are meant to.

I think you look amazing in it.

I normally prefer the style of the top of 2, but you have the shoulders to really show off dress 1.

1 definitely suits you better.

Dress 1, but I would get the sleeves altered, either to straps or taken off.
