To have a tiara or not

I am getting a custom dress made for me and also saw some tiaras on display. There is one that caught my eye and was told she could have a custom one made for me as well. To give a better idea it would be a dress inspired by two dresses. The top is very much inspired by the wedding dress worn by the Duchess of Cambridge. I liked the idea of the embroidered flowers but have requested the 4 nationalities of me and fiancé rather then all 4 flowers of the united kingdom. The waist is an empire cut and would spread out just under the bust and fall like the dress in the second picture. The first picture is a sketch of what it will look like

I would like to point out I would not be wearing necklace or earrings (can't wear earrings due to metal allergy). Would a tiara be too much? I did want to go for a very classic look as it is a church wedding and the reception is in a stately home.

@june2007 would wear a vail too. I found one I loved the design of that was in gold. I did ask and she said she could contact the person that makes them to have one made for me in silver
