Nice registry offices

Hey
Does anyone have any ideas of any nice registry offices? We were going to do a just us package but with the cost of registrar on top it's coming in at over 1k and we just don't have it

York Register Office is lovely. My sister and I both got married there, despite not living locally.

Hexham and they have lovely accommodation you can rent. Richmond is quite nice but not the best location, you are near a nice park though.

Langtons House in East London/Essex is very nice and on the tube of you want to stay in or around London. www.langtons-house.co.uk

Cressing Temple Barns have a community venue option (Essex equivalent of a register office).

NB. It is the community ceremony you want (approx £300 for registrars and venue - less for weekdays) not the approved premises on the same site.

South Queensferry Registry Office on the outskirts of Edinburgh and then go for dinner at Scott's at Port Edgar. Or orocco pier right on the first of forth.
