Wedding day underwear

Mummyme87 · 18/09/2019 10:02

So, my first fitting is looming and I need to have my underwear that I will wear on the day with me.

My dress will have a built in bra so only need knickers.
My dress is not fitted from waist down but still would like some sucky in pants. Anyone have any suggestions of where to get some decent ones from? I’m reasonably curvy with a mummy tum so need decent but don’t want to be uncomfortable in them nor struggle to pull them up after having a wee

TIA

Have you tried m & s know they sound old fashioned but they do some fab pull in underwear. I had my wedding knickers from there I had to go opposite as my bottom half was tight fit, thong all the way

Oh god a thing 😱 can’t remember the last time I wore a thong 🤣 about 16years ago.
I’ll look in M&S, get other underwear from there 👍

Haha I’m like that now I got married 6 years ago think thongs ended after the honeymoon 😂

I just got nice comfy pants that would feel as comfortable at midnight as they did when I put them on. Have worn them all day on both my dress fittings so they will be softer from a few washes.

So glad I’m not the first one to say M&S!

I got some pretty blue pants from Sainsbury's then wore some M&S shaper tights on top, under my dress. The top part of the tights sucks you in. I needed something to stop my chub rub on my thighs.

Oh but they're easy enough to remove for a wee. I meant to add that bit!

Actually the primark ones are very good!

I ended up getting some comfortable lacy knickers in Debenhams sale for £4.20. Just couldn’t get what I wanted otherwise.
