Help finding a dress like this please

I really like this style but the one I tried is over my budget.

It is ivory with quite a few crystals on the bodice, I don't mind if it's 2nd hand
Any help would be really appreciated thanks!

Yes Brideof 2020 it was in a shop.

I have looked on ebay and have seen some beautiful dresses but worried as it's a lot of money to lose if they are not quite the right shape or don't fit. The ones I have seen are about £300

Hi @Sundaychiller would the shop sell you the sample dress at a reduced price? I had seen a dress which led me to booking an appointment with a bridal shop. The dress was £1100, I knew it would be expensive, it was a beautiful dress. But there was no way I was spending that on a dress!!. The owner said I could buy the sample dress for £600. I bought a different dress in the end but might be worth asking if that is your perfect dream dress.

Not really, I like some on ebay and are quite tempted to take a punt but then get cold feet!
I have only been to 2 really small shops with not much stock so I may try a bigger one to see if there are other styles that suit me.

I know what you mean I saw a dress I liked on website wed2be, there was a brand new one in my size at half the price on Ebay. It was the A-Line shape with straps as I was convinced that's the style I wanted and would suit me. I also wanted to hide my tummy however, after taking the advice of the lady in the shop I tried a much more fitted strapless dress and absolutely loved it, so much so that's the one I bought!! And it was the last dress I tried. So I'd say definitely try a different style - you never know and don't have anything to lose!! Good luck OP.

The eBay seller I linked too is a “real” bridal outlet too though. So you can physically try them on. I expect others are too.

I think it’s more ethical to buy something that’s already out there rather than ordering something that needs to be made up anyway. There are literally millions of dresses available and very very few get used more than 24 hours.
