Super low key Manchester bride looking for photographer. Help!

Me and DP are tying the knot. Yay! We want to do it just the three of us (ourselves and DS4months) and then go out for lunch, so not the usual wedding, however we would still like some professional photos taken to mark the event. Googling "Manchester wedding photographer" yields some pretty impressive results, but they all seem to cater specifically for big Big Days, whilst ours will literally be half an hour in the town hall (which is exactly what we want). How do I go about getting a photographer for this? Has anyone done something similar? Anyone in Manchester know an ace photographer that would like to spend our half hour with us? Any and all advice appreciated as wedding planning, even something as low key as ours, is not my strong point!

Does the town hall have a photographer? I went to a very similar sounding wedding and our local town hall had a photographer hanging around that you could use. I think he was freelance and you paid per picture when you saw them. The couple I was with hadn't planned to use him but chose to on the day.

@Darkrainbow oh that would be literally perfect, I'll ask. Thank you!

@lookingatthings they're both lovely and if they can't help they should be able to point you in someone's direction who can

Not in Manchester but doing a similarly small registry office elsewhere. I found ours through using the registry office as a hashtag on Instagram and then looking at the websites of the people that have shot there and tagged it.
A few I found actually had 1 and 2 hour packages on their websites for small registry elopements.
The one I picked didn’t say that on the website but when I contacted them didn’t seem to think a short booking was unusual and gave me a set price for up to 2 hours.
