Rose petals to scatter

This is probably a stupid question. The vicar has suggested my daughter scatter petals in the aisle. Do I buy dried or fresh petals? Where best to get them from? Ideally a pink colour.

Amazon/ EBay almost certainly?

But what do I get ....I was looking at confetti but I don't think that's what the flower girl scatters.....hence the question.

I had real petals and my florist arranged them!

I think dried - fresh would be a logistical nightmare (you'd have to get from a florist, maybe??) and expensive I think.

Try www.confettidirect.co.uk who seem to do a good range of petals for confetti, flower girls and wedding aisles.

Thank you both. That's a great link absolutehush.

I was wondering about getting a bunch of roses and cutting the petals off.....but agree it might be stressful logistically.

I bought some roses from the supermarket a couple of days before and used the petals from them. Didn’t cost much and only took minutes.

Thanks @Letsnotargue I am doing supermarket flowers for buttonholes etc so will do this.
