Bridesmaids across the world

I'm in HK, my maid of honour is in California and my other bridesmaids (one adult and 2 girls) are in the U.K. (midlands). Any ideas on how the hell I go about sorting out bridesmaids dresses? I'd like the adults to match if possible...

Find a few designers you like and see which have stockist in each area for the fittings? As far as am aware most dresses will come from a single main supplier?

For example Jenny Packham or Dessy bridal are in both UK and US. dessy.com/bridesmaid-dresses/

Get a bolt of silk, and have it made up into dresses. Either do that all in HK, or send design/pattern and enough fabric to each location for the bridesmaids to arrange dressmaking themselves.

If in identical fabric, small differences in interpretation of style of dress will be far less noticeable.
