Young bridesmaids/flower girl dresses

Really struggling with this one.
I will have two 10yr olds (one almost 11) as bridesmaids and not finding much in the way of appropriate dresses. It’s that inbetweeny age, not little flower girls but not adults. They are all cutesy and poofy or mature.
I did find a lovely dress from Eloises Secret Closet online but just looked and they seem to have closed down!

This is what I found (see picture). Anyone seen anything similar or suggestions?

Try this one from Monsoon?

I got mine for a 10 year old (but wearing size 11-12) at Monsoon.

It depends what colours you’re after obviously - I’ve got these ones and the flowerlike/junior bridesmaid loved it: uk.monsoon.co.uk/view/product/uk_catalog/mon_3,mon_3.3,mon_3.3.3/5153440234?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI9Nb_urrq3wIVybvtCh1mIwm5EAQYAyABEgIE2PD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Might be too cutesy for you? Grin

@Mummyme87 can you let me know where you got them?! You may well have just solved my dilemma before I'd even really started looking!

No turns out they all come from dodgy Chinese websites 😫

I think Monsoon have a lovely range or perhaps try ASOS. For that age group I would think 'soft floaty down' for the skirt and not 'puffy and out' and remove any obvious unnecessary bows. Perhaps consider selecting one and having it altered here and there to give it a slightly more mature design.

I had two nieces as my flower girls. The youngest was 6 and the eldest was 11. Both had the same bodices on their dresses - sleeveless, round neck with beading, a sashed waist (no bows) and two different types of skirts. The 6 year old had a puffy organza netted skirt that fell just above her ankles and the 11 year old had a long straight silky, slightly floaty skirt. Consider having them made. Any decent dressmaker can alter the skirt type to suit.

Have a look at David's Bridal, there are some lovely dresses in amongst their flower girl and junior bridesmaid ranges that aren't too puffy or too mature e.g. this . DD1 was 11 when she was a bridesmaid in a dress similar to this and she loved it because it felt quite grown up but wasn't fussy.
