Flashback - is it even a thing? Should I be prepared?

A bridal make up question... For my wedding I have been advised to use foundation and moisturiser with absolutely NO SPF in, otherwise I will get flashback from flash photography. I must admit I had never heard of this until I started wedding planning. As the wedding is winter time there will definitely be flash photography.

I bought a sample of Armani Luminous Silk - which everyone says is THE wedding foundation and has no SPF, but I find it too matt... I normally wear foundation with serum in it, or just tinted moisturiser, and tonnes of moisturiser underneath - my skin is not as young as it once was and I much prefer a dewy look.

I would rather wear my stuff with SPF in as it seems to give me a glow, but I don't want the wreck the photos! Does anyone know about this? What did you wear??

I'm definitely no expert but since all skin is different I'd say experiment - try it both ways, get someone to take lots of unflattering flash pictures, and see which is best.

You could try Niod's Photography Fluid, Opacity 12%

I mix it in with my foundation, gives a nice dewy glow and photographs well.
