Any recommendations for a decent wedding planning app?

Bridebook is brill and it's free... I'm using it to plan mine :) You can input your budget and all the quotes you get from people and it will calculate how much of your budget you have left. You can also store you're guest list on there and update it when you have RSVPS so everything is in one place... It's been a god send for me :D

I'm a cake designer and find brides-to-be say that asking other brides (who have already had their big day) what they would and wouldn't do really useful. There are lots of helpful Facebook groups where you can buddy-up with brides with similar wedding dates. If you need any more advice let me know!

Happy planning & enjoy it!

xx

Thank you both.

It wasn't so much for asking others or getting inspiration, was more to help with being more organised (that I usually am with everything else 🙈) and having somewhere to note things as we sort things out 😁

Bridebook has some good venues and suppliers and the budget calculator is useful. But the timeline thing is shit especially if you’re used to MS Project and I found it crashed all the time and wouldn’t load properly on my iPad. I gave up on it and used Excel.

I use hitched, sometimes. The budget bit is good. I find the timelines a bit. Suppliers I speak to recommend everything much much earlier, particularly if you have a popular day or time of year
