Hi all

I'm sorry if this is a silly question.

When you book a wedding and an external company is providing the chair covers and decorations etc for the wedding, will this all be done on the day for you?

I.e. will someone at the venue be directing these people to assemble decorations etc? Or do I need to be there doing it all?

Some companies sort it out (you'll pay more for this), some you'll need to do it yourself.

You need to check with each company.

I worked at several wedding venues and we would arrange all decorations as part of the service. We did however draw the line at chair covers (apart from when we were asked really nicely!)
