Tips on selling wedding dress

Anyone have any successful stories re selling their wedding dress ?
Best places to advertise etc

Mmm. I think there are thousands of second hand dresses out there. I looked on StillWhite and EBay and found "my" dress.Although mine was new from last years stock.
Post photos of you in it rather than the model shots on the designer website or on a hanger. It was the best way to see if it would suit me and my figure. Nice wedding photos definitely inspire.

Sell it as soon as to stop it being unfashionable. I saw lots of dresses from 10 years ago that looked dated. No idea what it was as dresses seem ubiquitous but they do date.

I sold mine on StillWhite and I ended up getting more than I paid for it!

I made sure it was dry cleaned and then asked my best friend (who luckily works in a wedding shop) to package it nicely for me before I sent it. I also threw my veil in.

I've never regretted selling it as the money went towards my honeymoon. Memories are better than a dress I'll never wear again.

I will take a look at still white it's still being sold currently at full price so hoping I can sell it !
