I'm looking at options for wedding rings and tbh I really want a sterling silver one!
I had a white gold one for my last marriage and found that after a while the yellow gold colour that was underneath started to show through, I've heard that basically this happens eventually to all white gold and the only thing you can do is have it replated to make it 'silver' again.
Also, I just love silver! Pretty much all of my other jewellery is silver as it suits my colouring much better than gold and is much more 'me'. Platinum would be lovely but it waaaay out of budget!
Is there something obvious I'm missing that makes this a bad idea? Is silver too soft to make a decent hard wearing ring for daily wear? Does anyone else have a silver ring? I've seen some super pretty ones
