Button holes

Its been a while since I was last at a church wedding. So my question is, do guests still wear a flower button hole?

These days its usually just bridal party and immidiate family

All our guests had carnations. Groom, best man and father of bride had double red rose buttonholes, ring bearer had a single red rose. Mother of bride had a white corsage and mother of groom had an ivory corsage.
