Mother of the bride

Where does the mother of the bride normally get ready? Does the bride organise her hair and make up or is she responsible for this?

My mum got ready with us and when I’ve been a bridesmaid the mob was with us getting ready but I would guess it depends on the relationship between mother and daughter

Yes, with the bride and bridesmaids, and included in all hair and make up - or at least ask her if that's what she would like so it's her choice.
