I've posted in Style and Beauty but I didn't get a response so I thought I'd ask here too. Has anyone seen a wedding dress like this? I've searched quite a lot of places but I can't find anything close. Any help would be greatly appreciated

That's an Ian Stuart dress from about 2012, it might still be available. If not on a pre loved site. It's beautiful in real life (assuming you haven't tried it already) with stunning silvery lace.
Maybe have a look at Justin Alexander they have a good varied range or possibly Mori Lee.
