Cost of church flowers?

I hadn't even thought about this until today (I don't know how it skipped my mind) but I need to organise flowers for the church- can I ask how much it cost you to do the same and how far advance I need to let a florists know? TIA

It depends what you want. I had pew ends and a huge trailing altar piece for my wedding. I think they cost about £100 (all my flowers inc those for the venue were £450)
It will depend in how busy the florist is. I'd phone around a few (if you don't already have one) and ask.

One of the things about churches is they usually have ladies in the congregation who do the churches flowers and sometimes for a donation they will let you use those flowers for your big day. They might not match your colours but its worth asking the vicar.
