Wedding gift ideas

A friend is getting married in a couple of months - so looking for any ideas on getting something quirky / unique as a gift. DH thought a signed photo from all the guests and give it as an after present.

Any other options / ideas please ?

Honestly? If they've got a gift list I'd get them something from that. Or cash. Quirky is a nice thought but if everyone did that they would have 80 "unique gifts" and no plates / towels / whatever else.

Spent a long time researching - will do both, hubby just ordered one of these things - like a window frame with picture mounts cut ready so the end result is this

People sign it etc , we could go down the toaster / teas made route - but on a second wedding - there is not much they need (other than a pre nup - says a very sarcastic hubby - who should be cooking rather than butting into my browsing!!

ps - can anyone recommend a wedding gift list place - as I'll suggest they sort one out
