Bridesmaid dresses for 8, 10 and 12 year old??

Hi,
Has anyone got any ideas where a good place to get dresses for a skinny 8 and 10 year old and a 12y old who is tall (5'4 already!) and starting to get boobs?
I think the 12y old will need an adult size, and the other 2 childrens.

I don't need them to be the same dress, but just matching colours. I also don't know when to buy them (wedding Aug) as not sure how much more the 12y old will develop over the next few months.

The wedding will be fairly low key, and I was thinking tea length rather than long/short.

Also, not too much money as they won't wear them again, and will probably end up with hog roast down the front

Starting to get a little stressed now, after doing the initial wedding ground work last summer and forgetting about it for a few months

I had wondered about that jj'shouse online place, but not sure what they will be like, or what size to get.

The younger 2 are like beanpoles, so will likely need smaller than their age

If you have to get one dress from an adult range, it will be hard to match colours as even whites and creams are all different.

I personally would get both smaller girls a dress from this range

And different ones at that...then find the older bm a lovely dress from Monsoon or somewhere, again in a different colour.

Because most of Tulip and Nettle's Bm dresses are white cream or buttercup, I would go for that but a different one each.

I got 2 from tk maxx, they have a fab wedding section at the bigger stores(£12each!) !! Also got 3 matching ones off ebay for £8 each that my dd's wore for my wedding!!

Monsoon is amazing for girls of this age - their 3-13 range has loads of bridesmaid options.
