Backless Bras?

Getting married in December and wedding dress has a low back which looks great (i hope) but it means that I will have to think about my underwear. I can't go braless - breastfed two babies and being in my forties finds me requiring some help in that department. I am a C cup would like support and a bit of shape if possible (stuffing knocked out of them by aforementioned kids). I would want it to be comfortable and stay put without me thinking about it. Does anyone have any recommendations? Does it exist?

I will also probably need to wear some sort of shape wear knickers to smooth out my lumps and bumps which are unlikely to have disappeared by december given my current half hearted approach to dieting....

Husband to be is certainly in for a treat with my wedding lingerie Grin

Are you having your dress altered at all? Mine is also low back and when I tried it on was told that I could request for cups to be sewn in when the seamstress does the alterations. Is that a possibility for you?

I'm not getting married until next spring so haven't had any fittings yet so not actually seen how it works!

Like venus, I had cups sewn in because I couldn't find a decent backless bra.

What's the front like? If it's quite high maybe think about Liftits - I'm a c cup and love them. They're just clear sticky tape things - you stick the bottom half above your nipple, then lift it up and look all perky. They say they should only be worn for a few hours but I've worn them for ages and they've been secure and not caused any reactions. They only came off easily in the shower.

There's a new, similar thing called Perky Pear - I've not tried them yet but they look like they give a bit more coverage. They're Elastoplast pink, so not as discreet as Liftits, but maybe a bit more robust.

I'm trying to remember the site I got one on, possibly Triumph, it was very good for my DDs.

I'm getting married in 5 weeks. The back is SO low, any lower and you'd see my knickers. I've had cups sewn into the dress. Third fitting in two weeks Smile
