I bought my dress today!

I'm in shock.

This morning I suggested to DP we say "sod it" and book Vegas. We've been toying with it for a while, but I found a good deal on flights/hotel and just want to go. It feels like a now or never point for the wedding we've discussed.

Told my best friend over coffee. Next thing I know I'm standing in a bridal shop "just for a look". 90 mins later, dress, shoes, corset, underskirt bought and out the door.

I can't believe it and can't tell any more RL people, because we're eloping.

Unfortunately dress is living with my best friend to avoid being spotted by fiance, or stealth dog attack. Happened so fast I didn't even get a photo. Will an Internet screenshit work?

I think I'm doing this all backwards. We booked flights yesterday we're officially travelling out on the 16 th July. (2 weeks today!)

What a wonderful way to get married. I've only been married since last year but if I had to do it again (hopefully not- I'm very happy) then I would definitely elope. Have a fabulous time.

I'm stupidly exited now. We've booked ceremony and photographer package so it's all starting to feel very real. Thanks for letting me share with you folks. Im not sure it would be a secret still if I hadn't told you.
