Last minute panics

ShortThing94 · 27/06/2017 22:02

I'm getting married in two weeks, and I'm fully panicking that I've forgotten something important. Sad

Things we've sorted:
Venue (they're covering all decorations/catering)
Registrar
DJ
Flowers
Rings
Ceremony CD
Bridesmaids dresses
Wedding dress
Underwear
Honeymoon
Suits
Shoes
Favours
Placecards/seating plan
Photographer
Cake

Can anyone spot anything vital I'm missing please? Star

Confetti?

BabyMoonPie · 29/06/2017 05:29

Guestbook? List of photographs you want the photographer to take? Something to keep small children entertained? (we had goodie bags with puzzle books and colouring books that I bought ready made from Home Bargains)? First dance song? Have a fantastic day Smile

Jewellery for you and bridesmaids, gifts for bridesmaid and your parents and for grooms parents,
perfume (if you want new wedding day perfume ),
Apart from the standard group shots i would Make a list for the photographer of who you want in set pics with ie you and a certain group of friends/ family member. I know this sounds silly but on the day you're so caught up in the excitement that without realising you might forget to get them took. Our photographer advised us to do this and im so glad he did as he just called out who was next for the photos without myself or DH having to remember .

ShortThing94 · 29/06/2017 10:25

Ooh confetti. That's one I've missed.

Guestbook is all done. I've got a meeting with my photographer next week so I think the list will be done then. We've gone for a (virtually) childless wedding so no need for small children entertainment.

First dance song is also chosen.

Thanks guys, you're all being Star

Also a bottle of fizz / nice juice for you to drink while you're getting ready. This one isn't a thing but a tip - allow lots of time to get your dress on if it's got a lace up back! My hair and make up girl ended up doing my laces because she wore corsets and was used to lacing whereas my mum and sister weren't! I ended up being really late to the ceremony because of that!
