Flowers, what did you choose?

We are having our handfasting next year and I'm thinking about flowers. I'm doing them myself ( trained florist ) and have some ideas but I'd love to hear what others had/ are having .Pics would be great too if anyone would be kind enough to share.

Hi, I found your post and see no one replied as yet so I wanted to just say we had a small wedding budget so did our own flowers. We followed instructions on youtube which of course you won't need to do but as we couldn't decide on colours, we chose a little of everything I liked and hoped for the best! We didn't have bridesmaids but did have button holes and i held a small round bouquet. See attached photo. The only thing i regretted was not wearing flowers in my hair but i literally ran out of time and was stressing over getting our DS ready on time and going to the hair dressers to get my plaits put in. I did have a cream rose but couldn't find the bl**dy thing would you believe and couldn't find anything else in time!! Anyway i don't think it affected the photos too much as the bouquet was pretty and colorful. I hope you have some nice ideas and wish you lots of luck xx
