Presents for the mums

I am stuck on presents for the my mum and Mil. Mil lives abroad so can't have flowers or anything big.

Both family's have contributed a lot for the wedding so I would like to get them something good, though money is running out so can't be too expensive!

Any suggestions?

Not sure if it works in your situation but I'm thinking of gifting each set of parents a voucher for a really nice meal either local to them or not too far away so they can make a weekend of it when they decide to use it up. I often prefer giving someone a 'doing gift'

I was also thinking of a small necklace for each of them from not on the high street that I could personalise to say mother of the bride/mother of the groom and the date.
