Ice cream at a wedding

I hope this is OK to post. I have a very quick survey that I would be grateful if anyone could complete. I am looking to start a niche ice cream business serving ice cream rolls (video link in the survey), and am looking to see what the market would be like for weddings. Thanks in advance!

I filled out your survey and later watched a video and they look great!

Only thing, speaking as a waitress, it seems to take 1.5 minutes to do each one. With a typical guest list of 80 in the UK, it would take 2 hours to serve every guest with one.

For this reason it would be better to serve them as an evening snack, rather than at the cocktail reception when all the guests will descend at once!
