Vinyl stickers

Does anyone know how to make vinyl stickers for hangers, glasses etc? I want to make some for my friends wedding in July, and for mine next year, but don't know where to begin. They're about £2 a pop on eBay which all adds up when you've got quite a few to make! Thanks.

You need a vinyl cutting machine. I have one, they are great fun

Hmm, I thought there might have been an easier way! Are the machines pricey? (I have a feeling they might be! But I love a new toy )

I think mine was around £200, not 100% sure though as I got it for Christmas a couple years ago
