Fil refusing to attend

We have planed for a parents, sibling only wedding as we are having small wedding. The plans are not new. Fil is now refusing to come unless we invite his sister as she's upset about it and feels hurt with our plans.

Fil has 2 sisters it's only 1 he wants to come my DF is not happy with that he would feel bad so he said no fil said he won't come without her.

Then you just tell him, 'It's a pity you won't be there to celebrate, but these are our plans and we're sticking with them.' He needs to grow the fuck up.
