2nd hand dress?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew of a good site / shop where I can look for a 2nd hand dress? We are on a budget!!

Also has anyone ever done this and would you reccomend?

I had a second hand dress - had seen it in a shop, it was ££££ which I just could not justify.
Bought the previous season's model in a specialist wedding/occasion dress 'agency' (now defunct, so cannot make a recommendation) for a fraction of the cost, had the sleeves altered and was very very happy with my dress on the day.

I then sold it on again

I would certainly do similar again - DH and I now married 18 years.

You can also try websites like preloved, and see who is selling locally to you.

Debenhams and John Lewis both have some lovely new dresses for under £500 - some less than half that.
