Pregnant Bridesmaid Dresses?

We're getting married in September and one of my bridesmaids will be 5 months pregnant. We already have bought a dress for her 3 months ago,it don't fit her now,is there a way to add material in order to "stretch" the dress that she already has? OR should we buy a whole new pregnant bridesmaid dress?any suggestions?

Depends on the style of the dress, maybe take it to an alteration dress to check what they could do?

Are all the bridesmaids wearing matching dresses? If so, could you return the dress and get a bigger size?
