Anyone get married in Loch Lomond?

Hi

I was just wondering if anyone had got married in Loch Lomond? If so where and how much? We are just after something small and intimate probably around 10 to 15 of us, possibly a registry office. Are there any old fashioned nice inside ones?

I've got the oak tree inn in mind for meal and rooms afterwards as that was where OH took me for a surprise weekend away when we first got together so would mean a lot to go back there

How about Aberfoyle? Not far from Loch Lomond and it has got a registry office. Quite a small village, but there are lots wedding venues in the area. Also Stirling is only about an hour's drive away. We went to a wedding there a few years back which was in a lovely old building.

The water's pretty cold, so you probably want good wetsuits unless you're going to do it at the peak of summer.
