1st dance ideas

I really need some help! We can't agree on a 1st dance so I thought I would ask here to see if there was any suggestions.

For me it's got to be short with nice lyrics and for dp, well his taste is God awful and has said he wants All for one, I swear!

Any ideas? ..please?!

We had snow patrol, chasing cars as well! I couldn't decide, but we knew we wanted band to play it live, my husband isn't a massive dancer, or keen on dancing so we got all the family and guests to come and join in half way through, to take the pressure off him. We didn't know whether to go for something up-beat and optimistic sounding or something sentiment, after much discussion with both the singer from the wedding band and my other half we decided, the band had some good ideas for first dances on their site… www.rockmyreception.co.uk/song-list/

I'm surprised people went for snow patrol chasing cars. DP wants chasing cars and I wasn't too sure. I love the song but how do you dance to it? Neither of us can dance really so part of me is dreading the first dance but I know I'd regret it if we didn't have one.

We had Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton. My DH is not a confident dancer so no routine for us but it's the words that mean the most, we were both sobbing!
