My fiancée for various reasons is currently working abroad and as he is in the country less than 90 days is classed as a resident of UAE and non resident in uk for tax purposes. He is due back in sept but we want to get married eye BEFORE he moves back (June). Does anyone know if he can as he's technically not a uk resident anymore
