You don't. Some do let you bring your own flowers but iirc it for us it was a massive PITA as they had to be dropped off early doors and you couldn't take them with you. For the 10 minutes we were in there it just wasn't worth it. I think ours had a wedding every 30 mins, it was like a production line!

Not sure where you all got married but in our register office it is not quick nor a 'production' line. We allow just shy of an hour for a ceremony on weekends and you can definitely bring your own floral arrangements!!

In London - don't want to out myself but a lot of register offices will allow a great deal of personalising of your ceremony. And we work really hard to make sure it is not like a sausage factory.
