DP and I have decided to go abroad and get married. Ideally next summer. DCs will be 4 and 5 then. We haven't had a holiday since before DCs were born and aren't fussed on a big wedding so thought, two birds - one stone and all that.

We need somewhere family friendly that the kids will love and obviously where we can get married in the hotel. Ideally we would like to go all inclusive as it saves a lot of faff.

We don't want to spend an arm and a leg. Ideally no more than £3 grand for the 4 of us.

Any suggestions as to locations and travel agents would be greatly appreciated as we have no idea where to start.

Any of the Greek Islands are beautiful and your budget goes a lot further in Europe I find.

Sorrento, we watched a couple get married there when we were on honeymoon, it was beautiful.

We got married in a castle on banks of lake garda, beautiful and cheaper than you think!

Not very kiddie friendly though I don't think.

We get married in just under two weeks time in Malta. Ours was £3500 for a two week holiday for five of us including the wedding ceremony, registrar fees, wedding cake, marriage certificate, table decoration and a bottle of bubbly. It's also not too expensive if guests want to attend. No more than your usual summer holiday abroad. The hotel is child friendly and has a kids club. We cannot wait Smile
