seating plans

Do you have a seating plan on each table or just a big one and a place card on seats?

We're just having one big one and then name cards for each seat. I'm sure that'll be enough - even for the boozier guests.

I'm not having one - There's the top table then just a pretty sign that says "Come as you are, Stay as long as you can. We are all family, So no seating plan"

But I have loads of games, activities, food from fish and chip and ice cream vans, so I'm expecting people to not all be sitting down at the same time but just wandering around mingling and having fun.

Either is fine.

Or you can just put a list on the table and let people arrange themselves as they see fit, if you like.
