What are your timings like on the big day?

What time are you getting married, eating, speeches etc?

3pm: ceremony
3.30pm: photos
4pm: cake cutting, tea, champagne, cake, mingling
6pm: speech, first dance
6.30pm: ceilidh
7.45pm: dinner (hog roast, potatoes, salad)
9pm: ceilidh
10.15pm - midnight: disco

1.30-2 ceremony
2-3.30 photos, drinks & canapes
3.30-6 wedding breakfast & speeches
6-7 drinks in champagne bar
7-1 disco with buffet starting at 9

11am ceremony
1pm Direct guests to nearby pub whilst we set up (The hall is in use before us so we can't do it night before)
2pm food
4pm catering vans leave
??Speeches??
7pm push tables to one side, turn up the tunes, crack out the gambling room (poker and roulette wheel in side room)
12am leave - find someone willing to take decs down for us the next day

oh, also got buffet food at 7pm. Not sure when to do speeches and cake, I guess at 4pm.
