Getting Married in 2 wks at my Town Hall. I am getting nervous, what happens at the Ceremony and how long are u there? Those of u who married at the town hall please tell me your experiences

I had a registrar but had the ceremony outdoors,
Civil ceremonies usually take about 10 mins..it depends on if you've written your own vows and if you're having a reading or not.

The registrar talks to you briefly beforehand, gets you to sign something/check details on the documents then the ceremony happens!
I was freaking out 2 days beforehand, a couldn't eat or stop shaking.

We got married in the local Town Hall. As everyone was being seated we checked all the details and had a quick chat with the registrar. We entered the room together, then we gave a reading, did the I do bits, signed the register - lots of photos and that was that all over in about half an hour.
