Could be quite lively in the south as thunderstorms develop.

It's quite dark here and just started raining. Looks like it's going to be fun tomorrow and Wednesday~ it'll probably start kicking off just as I leave to do the afternoon school run!

couple of soggy days - thats for sure!

At least my bedding plants that I finished putting in yesterday will get a good watering!
Metoffice warning maps are looking very colourful now ~ the warnings for tomorrow seem to have gone (for the moment!)

wmmc - it actually looks pretty good on saturday Friday the western side looks quite good. I think there may be some uncertainty about fridays rain though.

Our grass was crawling with slugs this morning. Its been so dry recently that they must have declared a party. (poor them - many of them are ex-slugs now)

wmmc ~ perhaps all the rain will clear away for your holiday Take lots of wine then you won't care what the weather does!

OYBBK~ little blighters! I think many of them were killed off/hibernated during the long winter and now they're all coming out in force!

But I'm hopeful for the sun at the weekend - at least for one day!
