Summer is coming

Can't promise you for how long and there may be some rather rainy hiccups mid week but at long last it is looking much warmer through the week (bit chilly on the tips of Scotland mind you!)

It's sooo lovely today. Why can't we have a bit of this weather for half term - not to much to ask surely??

It can't turn cold/wet for that week; it's the end of May for sake!
(Whereabouts are you going gingertoo? I think we're going to be between Pickering and Scarborough (or it might be Whitby- not sure; DH found the site!)

not good for next week though.

looking not so dire for next week sure it won't be hot like the weekend and there wil be northerlies developing but I think we are moving away from the very cold/frost scenario.
perhaps a touch of frost for northern parts.
