Will you bury a sausage for me!

Hi all,
My daughter is getting married on October 11th in Nevern, Pembrokeshire. ( Have a look at Unique Homestays Pembrokeshire, if you want to see the venue, we have hired all the cottages) it's a rural location , and we just want it to be dry!
Apparently, burying a sausage is supposed to bring good weather for your wedding!
Has anyone got any idea what the long range forecast is saying for that week?

Never heard of that before. But I have it on good authority that hiding a sausage can improve mood.

Does the sausage have to be buried at the location where the good weather is required? I’m just thinking how scattered MNs are and how this might play havoc with the weather globally.

It's a bit far ahead to do forecasts (although you could bury a sausage or two in the hope it might influence things!) but Netweather have a month-ahead forecast here, that's updated every Monday, if you want some sort of guide in the run-up to the 11th October.

Apparently you hide the sausage where you live 😁.The Wedding venue is in a different area in Wales though... Mmm, maybe this is not as scientific as I thought😄I realise it is utter nonsense.
Maybe I will just ask the MN in West Wales to bury a sausage and the rest of you to think good weather thoughts.

I always assumed the sausage would be buried on the wedding night..
