What is going on with BBC weather?

They seem not able to predict weather the same day, even the next few hours is often inaccurate. They’d be better off sticking heads out of the window.

On Monday, R4 breakfast time the weather reporter said "it's seasonally mild for March".

Did I miss Christmas??!

It's never been very good since they changed from the Met Office to MeteoGroup. If it's important, I always check the Met Office website.

Ah, I wondered why they were deviating from the met office predictions.
