It's been totally inaccurate for days. It's been predicting heavy rain & thunder for the past few days & the rest of the week. I'm currently out in the garden enjoying the sunshine

We had hours & hours of thunder yesterday & last night and we NEVER EVER get thunder

That’ll be wintery shower/frozen rain which probably translates to hailstones which can happen throughout the year

I've just driven home in the second day in a row of huge storms with torrential rain and flash flooding. It wasn't sleeting but there was definitely a mixture of rain and hail coming down at the same time. Suppose sleet might be the nearest they've got!

I’m in Suffolk.
It’s not hail, that’s the same but with balls rather than snowflakes.
