You've missed it. Remember that warm week about a month ago? That was summer, and we are now in Autumn.

In England, you can tell what season it is by how warm the rain is.
If it's a bit chilly, autumn.
If it's cold, winter.
If it's tepid, spring.
If it's warmish, Summer.

The rain right now is a tepid 12 or so.
End of June it'll be a warmish 19/20.
