Not sure about anyone else but i love a good storm

Especially after the weather of the last week or so

Expected here in about an hour or so ….

Big one here on the Sussex coast - lots of lightening from about 9-10 pm then episodes of proper intense rain. On and off through the night and still rain this morning when we got up but not as intense.

Been waiting for the roofer to come clear my dodgy roof channels and unfortunately they couldn't cope a couple of times and we had dripping through the ceiling in DD bedroom, bucket time! We are all a little tired this morning.... roofer coming Saturday, hope it isn't that bad again the next few nights 😬.

Normally love a storm but the timing wasn't good for me!!

A lot of rain may be coming to parts of the South and especially South Wales tomorrow (Sunday). GFS seems to me to be modelling that around 3pm could be rather wet.

Metoffice weather warnings for today and tomorrow.

We've had a couple of rumbles here (Leicester) and a few thundery showers but that's been about it so far.

Edinburgh received half of the average July rainfall in a hour yesterday. With thunder and lightning thrown in. Massive flash flooding. Absolutely mental.

Central Hampshire here. I'm so wanting to stay up to see the storm. Have got lightning map, MetOffice rainfall, and local Wunderground tabs open in my browser atm! Seems slow moving, so might take some while to get here.
