Issued by the metoffice ~ thunderstorms today and tomorrow and then rain (Friday) and wind (Saturday)

Oh no ~ it does look rather stormy at that time.

I've got ginger biscuits and sickness tablets in my bag now.

Thunder, lightning and yet more torrential rain here in Central Scotland

The blue bucket was empty last night when the rain started at 10pm, there’s now 2.5 inches in it!

I had filled the big silver and red ones from the rainwater barrel at 10, to give some extra capacity in the barrel (it fills from the gutter) but I think I need to invest in a bigger barrel altogether

BiddyPop ~ you don't think those rainwater barrels will fill that quickly but once it starts raining, they sure do!
